libcplui20 software package provides CPL framework interface library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcplui20
libcplui20 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcplui20 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcplui20 *
You will get with libcplui20 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
